We have just come home from a trip to Palm Springs to have a break from the cold winter. This time I organized my work so I would have some hand stitching to do, so that I was not so far behind in my Distant Stitch studies as I was last year. Here are a couple of pictures to show me hard at work. The fact that my eyes are closed in one of the pictures is not because I was sleeping on the job, but that I blinked as the wrong moment! Honest! Anyway, I really enjoyed my peaceful stitching of the blackwork samples, sitting in the sun, with the occasional break for a swim in the pool!
