These are some photographs I have collected for this Module based on animal markings.  Some were taken on my recent trip to Australia and some come from the internet.  I think there is enough variety that I should be able to find several to work with.

WORD ASSOCIATIONS:

TUI: New Zealand, chord sound, double voice box, distinctive call, skittish, friendly, colourful, white necktie, honey eater, irridescent, lacy, territorial.

AUSTRALIAN MAGPIE: attack, agressive, skinny, plentiful, black and white, scavenger

SNAKES: slither, sss, forked tongue, danger, poison, crush, long grass, rocks, beady eyes, camouflaged

CROCODILE: scaly, slither, big eyes, teeth, danger

FISH: darting, colourful, warm water, coral, bubbles, quick, shoals, yellow, blue, flash

TORTOISE: slow, hard shell, scaly, beady eyes, docile

LIZZARD: quick, jerky, scales, pointy, menacing, long tail, prehistoric

GIRAFFE: languid, long tongue, tall, long legs, beautiful eyes, long lashes

LOBSTER: hard shell, pincers, delicious, armour, claws

GALAH: gentle, soft colours, beautiful, feathers, pink, grey, beak,

HUMMINGBIRD: frenetic, darting, small, shiny, long beak, green hovering, 

ZEBRA: stripy, horselike, gallop, herds, flies, swishy tails

SHELLS: beach, sand, hard, treasure

TIGER: danger, soft, whiskery, big teeth, paws, claws

ROSELLA: colourful feathers, friendly, green, red, beats, crunch, claws
